Space is available at City Hall, including outdoor space on the north lawn Public Square, and indoor meeting rooms with seating up to 10 (Volunteer Room) and for larger groups up to 65 (the Community Room) for your events. Public use of these rooms is allowed for non-profit clubs and organizations, family groups, festival events, ceremonies, and benefits. Staff will work with you to find the space that most closely meets your needs. Food and beverages (non-alcoholic) are allowed to be served; there will be a deposit charged. We will be happy to assist you with any other questions you may have about our available space.
To reserve a room at City Hall, please complete a reservation application. To use a meeting room Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, we ask for at least 3 days notice. For reservations after normal business hours, please allow at least a week for us to schedule appropriate staff for your use. We will confirm reservations when a completed application form and any appropriate fees have been submitted. In the event staffing is not available, the City may not be able to accommodate your after hours use of City Hall facilities.
There is no charge for use of a City Hall meeting room conducted during regular City Hall business hours.
