You can print off the form(s) that are applicable for your project, fill them out and mail them with payment to the Department of Building Safety at 101 4th St East, Hastings, MN 55033. If you have access to a fax machine you can speed up the process by faxing the permit application in with credit card information or fax and call with payment information.
