City Fees Ordinances

Ordinances related to fees are located in Chapter 34 of Title III of the City of Hastings Code, and this website also has available a condensed list of the current fee schedule.

Updates to the code

The city ordinance "master code" is updated within one week of being adopted. However between updates if there are new ordinance amendments that are passed that have not been incorporated into the master code they can be reviewd under recent updates. Click here for a list of these recent updates.
