by 14th Street, Sibley Street, 15th Street, and Vermillion Street. Applications
A) Comprehensive Plan Amendment – Reguide property from Medium
Density Residential to Commercial – 118 East 14th Street.
B) Rezoning – Rezone Property from R-3 Medium High Density Residence to
C-3 Community Regional Commerce – East half of the block.
C) Preliminary and Final Plat – Replat Block 7 TRIPPS ADDITION into
TRIPPS 2ND ADDITION, consisting of one commercial lot.
D) Site Plan – Construction of a +/- 13,000 s.f. CVS Pharmacy Store.
