Utilities - Hydro Plant The Hydropower Department operates and maintains the City’s hydropower plant located at Lock and Dam No. 2. The hydropower plant has a 4.0 MW generating capacity developed by two turbine/generator units. All electricity generated is sold directly to Xcel Energy Company. |
