Hastings City Council

The Hastings City Council meets in regular session to conduct City business on the first and third Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. Certain holidays may conflict with the regularly scheduled meeting schedule and result in the City Council meeting on the next available day. Agendas for the City Council and Advisory Commission meetings are published in the Hastings Star Gazette and on the City of Hastings website.

The City of Hastings is divided into four wards.  A Council Member is elected to represent each ward, with two At Large members representing the entire community.  See this State of MN pollfinder site to determine which ward you reside in.

If you wish to e-mail City Council Members, please note that they do not have direct access to a City e-mail account. However, the City of Hastings has set up a special email address for you to use: City Council e-mail. Hastings staff will forward copies of the e-mail to the appropriate council member for their response.
