Hour Rentals
The Hastings Family Aquatic
Center staff along with the City
of Hastings Parks & Recreation Department would like to thank you
for your
interest in bringing a group for an after hour rental to our outdoor
water
park. The HFAC will open June 9, 2012 and will end the season on August
26,
2012. After hour rentals are available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and
Thursdays
from 8:30 PM – 10:30 PM and Friday, Saturday, Sundays from
7:30PM-10:30PM.
The park includes a zero-depth
area with play features, a 201-foot body slide, a drop slide, a 1-meter
diving board, and a lily pad crossing. The HFAC has a concession stand
so we do not allow outside food or beverage to be brought in. Our
concession stand will be open during after hour rentals and we sell
several different items including beverages, pizza, nachos, mini
donuts, candy, and ice cream treats.
We ask that all after hour
rentals make a reservation a minimum of 2 weeks prior to their arrival
date. This allows time for the HFAC staff to anticipate patron capacity
and staffing needs for each day. The maximum attendance for an after
hour rental is 600 patrons. All normal open swim pool rules will apply
to after hour rentals. .
Fees
Pool Rental: $125.00/hour + Staff Cost
0-50 Guests – requires 9 staff at $12.00/hour = $108.00/1 hour
rental
50 + Guests – requires 13 staff at $12.00/hour = $156.00/1 hour
rental
