MISSISSIPPI RIVER BOAT LAUNCH
There is a free, public boat launch located in Jaycee Park on Lock and
Dam Road in Hastings. There is a parking lot for day parking, but
overnight parking is not permitted. Park hours are 6:00 am –
10:00 pm.
MISSISSIPPI
RIVER BOAT DOCK
The Hastings Mississippi River public boat dock is 150 feet long and
eight feet wide and is located just west of the Highway 61 bridge, near
where the river bends. Boats are able to tie up on both sides of the
dock for a maximum of 4 hours. Boats are not permitted to moor
overnight at the dock. No fishing is allowed on this dock.
LAKE
REBECCA FISHING PIER / BOAT LAUNCH
Lake Rebecca Park is located just off Lock and Dam Road, just west of
the Highway 61 bridge. The boat launch is located in a parking lot off
Lock and Dam Road. Only electric motors are allowed on Lake
Rebecca.
The Department of Natural Resources stocks Lake Rebecca with fish. You
can fish from the edge of the lake or try out the fishing platform.
Park hours are 6:00 am – 10:00 pm.

LAKE ISABEL FISHING PIER / BOAT LAUNCH Lake Isabel is located off
East Second Street, just east of downtown Hastings. Amenities include a
wheelchair accessible boardwalk leading out to a t-shaped fishing pier,
a boat launch, and parking lot. There are no boat restrictions on Lake
Isabel – motors are allowed. Anglers will find many varieties of
fish including northern pike, crappies, panfish, and bass. Park hours
are 6:00 am – 10:00 pm.
