Records Management and Information Services Division
The Records Management and Information Services Division of the Hastings Police Department is staffed by one full time Office Manager, three full time Police Secretaries and one part time Police Secretary.
The personnel of this division are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the division including; assisting the public, processing of police officer daily incident reports, maintenance of all incident reports, and data-entry and processing of all citations issued. It is also the responsibility of this division to process all report and statistical data requests, transcribe statements and officer reports, and transmit crime statistics to the MN State Criminal Justice Reporting System.
