Welcome! The City of Hastings has over 100 miles of city streets, which are maintained by the City’s Public Works Operations & Maintenance Division. The division consists of 16 employees; PW Superintendent, PW Maintenance Supervisor, 12 operators, an Electrician and an Administrative Assistant. Maintenance performed includes: street sweeping, snow removal, pothole patching, street signage, tree trimming in right of ways, storm sewer maintenance, street lighting, pavement markings.
