A revision to Minnesota Statute 169.87 dictates that all loads on paved roads within the City will be limited to 10 tons per axle during the Spring Load Restriction period unless otherwise posted. However, because many roads within the City have not been constructed for this heavier loading, the City is requesting that loads in excess of 5 tons per axle utilize the streets listed on the City’s announcement.
